Tour time at Willow Glen Elementary
It’s almost time for kindergarten registration. And Willow Glen Elementary invites parents of preschoolers to tour its kindergarten program.
There are many good reasons to attend the school: Not only are Willow Glen Elementary kindergarten teachers regularly voted the best in the community, but in 2006 the school achieved the coveted status of California Distinguished School.
At Willow Glen Elementary, kindergarteners have a choice of either English-only classes or the two-way bilingual immersion program. In addition, the school’s test scores have been rising overall, it now offers numerous after-school enrichment opportunities and it enjoys an active, welcoming parent community. It all adds up to a well rounded atmosphere that gets children off to a great academic start.
Tours begin Tuesday, Feb. 24 and continue weekly through April 7. Times are from 9 a.m. – 10 a.m. To register, contact the school office at 535-6265.
