Campbell Union School District’s Melinda Landau named
National School Nurse Administrator of the Year
The recently lauded National School Nurse Administrator of the Year is Melinda Landau who coordinates health services for Campbell Union School District.
She and her team of nurses and health clerks take care of everything from bumps and bruises on the playground to emergency treatment for asthma attacks to daily management of diabetic students and other students with special needs.
Last May, the board recognized Landau for earning a state-level award from the California School Nurses Organization. Recently, the National School Nurses Association named her as the National School Nurse Administrator of the Year. Forest Hill students collect $2,400 for injured Iraq War veteran
Students and teachers at Forest Hill Elementary School, in Campbell Union School District, collected $2,400 in one night recently to help Iraq War veteran and brain injury victim Warren Hardy and his family.
Students and teachers collected the funds at the school’s annual talent show. Donations are still being
