CAMPBELL CRIME REPORT
1/31: Domestic Violence
N. San Tomas Aquino Road
An officer responded to a call from a worker at a nearby hospital on a domestic violence case, which occurred two days before. The victim was beaten about the face by her husband and received injuries requiring medical treatment. The suspect was arrested.
2/3: Weapon Possession
More Avenue (Rolling Hills Middle School)
A 13-year-old suspect brought a lock bladed knife to school. He was cited and released.
2/4: Robbery, Assault
S. Winchester Boulevard (Safeway)
A suspect confronted a victim and his friends while they were standing on the north side of Safeway. The suspect then pointed a pistol at them and demanded money. When he was refused the suspect pistol-whipped the victim on the head causing a laceration. The victim chased the suspect and struggled with him at the rear of Safeway. The suspect got away leaving his jacket and the BB pistol behind. The victim refused medical treatment at the scene. The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 19-20 years, shaved head, light mustache and goatee wearing a red jacket, white t-shirt and khaki pants.
2/8: Vandalism
W. Hamilton Avenue
A four-plex property owner reported that an unknown suspect removed a back kitchen window, got inside and opened the door to a unit. The suspect then put a garden hose inside and turned it on in an attempt to flood the apartment. However, the property owner caught the flood in time and there was no damage to the floor.
2/11: Burglary
N. Central Avenue
An unknown suspect entered the victim’s house via an unlocked sliding glass door and took a Sony Playstation 2, Playstation games and jewelry.
2/14: Warrants
Adrien Drive
Officers responded to a report of a loud party with underage drinkers. Upon arrival several subjects were contacted. Two of the subjects, a 24-year-old male from Cupertino and a 21-year-old male from San Jose had outstanding warrants and were arrested.
2/25: Assault
W. Hamilton Avenue (Adam’s Apple)
The suspect and victim got into a driving altercation. The victims followed the suspect into Adam’s Apple and when they confronted him he pushed them. The victim’s desired prosecution. A report was taken.
2/26: Assault
Superior Drive
A 13-year-old suspect got into an argument with his mom and sister. During the argument the suspect bit his mom’s hand and pushed his sister.
