Forgery
Lovell Avenue
The victim had checks stolen from the residence. The checks were forged and cashed at various businesses in San Jose. A report was taken.

Gale Drive
The suspect shoved his wife during an argument. She delayed reporting the event because she thought she would be arrested for violating a peaceful contact order against her. A report was taken.

Public Intoxication
E. Hamilton Avenue (Home Depot)
A 39-year-old male day worker was found passed out due to intoxication by the fence between Home Depot and Joe Escobar Diamonds. He was arrested.

Battery
Gomes Court
A 13-year-old suspect, from San Jose, shot another 13-year-old with an “air soft” pellet causing a welt on the victim’s stomach. The suspect was cited.

Villarita Drive
Two teenaged males were reported in the area possibly throwing objects at a passing motorist. A vehicle was located with its window broken. A report was taken.

Assault with a Deadly Weapon
E. Campbell Avenue (Gaslighter Theatre)
The male victim went to the hospital and reported that he was struck in the head with a bottle during a concert at the Gaslighter. He received moderate injuries and described the suspect as a white male adult. A report was taken.

Assault with a Deadly Weapon
John Kirk Court
The victim reported that the 13-year-old male suspect was walking in front of her residence carrying an “air soft” pistol. When she asked what he was doing, he cursed at her and shot her in the shoulder with the pistol. The suspect fled the scene, but was located by a police officer a short distance away. He was cited and released to his mother.

Virginia Avenue
A 33-year-old female scratched her husband during an argument causing several visible marks. She was arrested.

Assault with a Deadly Weapon
Union Avenue
Police officers responded to a report of shots fired. Two of the involved parties were located hiding. The male subject had injuries from a fight that had occurred just prior to the shooting. The male subject was transported to Valley Medical Center due to his injuries and later booked into jail for a parole violation. The female subject found hiding was interviewed and later booked into jail on a No Bail misdemeanor warrant. A single gun shot impact mark was located on an exterior wall of the residence. Several witnesses saw a van with two males fleeing the parking lot after the gunshot was heard. Officers are attempting to locate the other parties that were involved with the fight.

Hit and Run
S. Winchester Blvd.
A 14-year-old Campbell girl drove her parent’s pick-up truck into a parked car at Campbell Plaza. She was seen by a witness and contacted at her home. She was cited and released to her parents.

Burglary
E. Hamilton Avenue (Elephant Bar)
Seven vehicles were broken into in the parking lot over a three-hour period and lap top computers were stolen along with other miscellaneous items.
