Regarding his new appointment, Rich said, “I was so impressed by everything I saw, read and heard about Campbell. I’m looking forward to working with the council and staff to continue Campbell’s tradition of excellence in municipal services.”
Rich, who is married and has two children, will begin his new job in Campbell at the end of May.
