Two 24-year-olds involved in a relationship were pushing and shoving each other. A hatchet was taken for safe keeping. A report was taken.

Public Drunkenness
McCoy Avenue
A 46-year-old woman got into an argument with her parents. Upon arrival, she was out in front of the home completely intoxicated. She was arrested.

E. Hamilton Avenue
The suspect is the normal UPS delivery person for the business. While delivering a package he kissed the victim on the neck without warning. A report was taken.

S. Bascom Avenue (Jack-in-the-Box)
Unknown suspects were upset over the service at the restaurant and broke the drive-through window. A report was taken.

Downtown Campbell
After an afternoon at “Boogie on the Bayou,” the victim wanted to leave. Her boyfriend didn’t want to go, so he punched the victim in the face with his fist. The downtown officers quickly apprehended the suspect and he was booked.

The suspect failed to deposit over $6,000 during his work shifts. A report was taken.

A 14-year-old boy, from Campbell, took a video game without paying for it while he was shopping with his mother. He was cited.

Campbell Middle School
A victim reported that another student punched him once in the face during an altercation in the lunch line. A report was taken.

Attempted Armed Robbery
S. Winchester Boulevard (Six Star Factory Outlet)
The suspect, described as a Hispanic male or black male, 25-35 years, medium build, 5’10” to 6’0”, wearing gloves, a brown bandana, gray sweat shirt and painter style jeans, entered the store and selected several pieces of merchandise. The suspect took the merchandise up to the cashier and struck up a conversation. During the conversation the suspect told the cashier, “It’s my turn to get some money.” The suspect then lifted his shirt and revealed a black semi-automatic hand gun concealed in his waist band. At this point the cashier tried to leave the store. The suspect grabbed the cashier as she was attempting to leave, trying to keep her inside the store. A short struggle ensued at the front door. The suspect eventually fled and was followed by a witness as he jogged toward Gus’ Deli. The witness lost sight of the suspect when he fled to the rear of the deli. The cashier was not injured and no money was taken. A report was taken.

Weapon Possession, Terroristic Threats
Shereen Place
A juvenile male suspect got mad because a sheetrock worker, doing work inside the house, was making too much noise and the suspect couldn’t get to sleep. The suspect produced what appeared to be a black hand gun, showed it to his mother and told her that if she didn’t have the noisy worker stop, he had his gun and two bullets and he would use them. The mother called Campbell Police. The suspect was called out of the house via phone after perimeter units were set up and medical units were on the scene. The suspect was taken into custody without incident. The imitation weapon was recovered, it was an Airsoft black pistol. The suspect was arrested and a report was sent to the Juvenile DA.

Child Abandonment, Warrants
Union Avenue
The reporting party said that a 5-year old was unsupervised at an apartment. After the police got there the father showed up and it was discovered that he was wanted on a $10,000 warrant out of San Jose. The suspect was arrested.
