Trespassing
May 1, Rincon Avenue
The victim was asleep when the unknown suspect walked into her home through the unlocked front door. She screamed and fled out the front door. The victim said there were no sexual advances and she believes the suspect was high on drugs. Police arrived immediately but the suspect had fled. The suspect was described as a white male, between 30 to 40 years old, 6’0”, 200 lbs. and bald.
Armed Robbery, Assault, Attempted Carjacking
May 3, Bascom Avenue (Rasputin Records)
A female victim had listed a watch for sale online. She went to the parking lot of Rasputin Records to meet a subject interested in buying the watch. Upon their arrival a Hispanic male adult, wearing a ski mask with glasses underneath and a black hooded sweatshirt, broke the passenger window, taking the watch from the victim. The suspect then demanded the car keys from the victim and told both victims to get out of the car. He then entered the car and then changed his mind and fled on foot eastbound. Despite helicopter assistance with the search the suspect escaped.

May 7, W. Campbell Avenue and Llewellyn Drive
The suspects got into a road rage argument with the victim and followed him. When he stopped the suspects attacked the driver and his passenger then took their car. The vehicle was found several minutes later abandoned. A report was taken.

May 8, Bascom Avenue (Whole Foods parking lot)
An unknown suspect stole the victim’s white 2000 Cadillac Escalade SUV while the victim was in Whole Foods. The victim left the doors unlocked and put the keys under the seat. Onstar system had been disconnected and previously inactivated. A report was taken.

May 8, Apricot Lane
A 29-year-old suspect got into a mutual shoving match over the 21-year-old’s cell phone and nude pictures she had posted in the phone. Neighbors heard the fight and called police. A report was taken.
Corporal Injury to a Spouse
May 9, April Way
A couple, which had a long history of unreported domestic violence, got into an argument. The suspect grabbed his wife by the hair and rammed her into the doorjamb several times. The report was made several hours later, but by then the suspect had fled. An emergency protective order was issued. The case was referred to the District Attorney.
Auto Burglary, Providing False Information to a Police Officer
May 10, Millich Avenue at Payne Avenue
A citizen who had just interrupted an in-progress auto burglary flagged an officer down. The suspect was located fleeing on a bicycle. He dropped a car stereo as he fled. The male suspect had a shaved key in his pocket along with gloves and lied about his identity. The witness positively identified him. The suspect was arrested.

May 11, Campbell Avenue
A 28-year-old female was scratched and pepper sprayed during an altercation with an unknown female that she had seen previously at a bar.
Assault with a Deadly Weapon
May 15, Winchester Boulevard (Campbell Billiards)
The female suspect drove her car at the victim due to his rocky relationship with her daughter. There was superficial injury to the victim. The suspect was gone on arrival of the police. There were many different stories.

May 17, Bucknall Road at Lamiel Way
A man was involved in a collision the day before and he left his motorcycle, a black 2004 Kawasaki at the scene of the collision, and it was later stolen while the victim was at the hospital. The motorcycle was later located stripped of parts in San Jose.
Drunk in Public, Marijuana Possession
May 18, Campbell Ave. at Winchester Blvd.
A 25-year-old male was located dancing in the middle of Campbell Avenue. Upon contact he was determined to be intoxicated and unable to care for his own safety. He was also found to be in possession of marijuana. He was arrested.
Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Resisting Arrest
May 25, Dell Avenue (Dog Park)
The 51-year-old male suspect was reported causing a disturbance near the dog park. He threw a glass bottle at a victim and his daughter, missing them both. The suspect then swung his wooden cane at the victims. Upon contact with police officers the suspect was uncooperative. He was arrested.
Assault with a Deadly Weapon
May 29, Wilton Drive
Five suspects jumped and beat a male victim with bats as he exited his car in the carport. The suspects were described as wearing all dark clothing and masks. The suspects’ vehicle was described as a late model tan or green 1970’s Chevrolet Van. There was a complete neighborhood foot search for the suspects but officers were unable to locate them.
