Stalking
W. Campbell Avenue (Community Center)
The suspect has been stalking the victim off and on for the past year. The suspect was contacted today when he followed the victim to the Community Center. A report was sent to the District Attorney.

Theft
Campbell Avenue
The victim left an ATM card in machine, and a suspect removed it and made numerous unauthorized charges at various locations.

Assault
E. Hamilton Avenue (Home Depot)
A suspect challenged a victim to fight in the parking lot of Home Depot over money for beer. The victim claims he tried to leave when the suspect and six of the suspect’s friends began fighting with him. The suspect struck the victim in the lip with an unknown object causing a laceration requiring stitches. The victim said one of the other suspects had a knife. The victim also had a small puncture wound to his left shin possibly caused by the tip of a knife but he was unable to identify the suspect who caused the injury. There was no further information or description on the other six subjects. The first suspect was arrested.

Domestic Violence
S. Bascom Avenue
A 51-year-old white male suspect from Monte Sereno and his estranged wife got into an argument. A passerby saw the suspect punch the victim and called the police. The suspect was arrested.

Prowling
Hatcher
The victim saw the suspect prowling in his neighbor’s backyard. The victim gave chase all the way to Bascom Avenue where he flagged down an officer who attempted to stop the suspect. After a short foot pursuit the suspect was taken into custody and arrested.

Denver Drive
The victim discovered her kitchen window had been removed and her bedroom ransacked. There was no known loss or suspects. A report was taken.

Vandalism
Virginia Avenue
An unknown suspect smashed the window to the victim’s bedroom. No entry was made into the house. A report was taken.

Domestic Violence
Milton Avenue
A 36-year-old male suspect wanted to leave. The victim who tried to stop him. The suspect kicked the victim and then pushed her onto the bed where he bound her hands together with a rope. The suspect sat on top of the victim and slapped her face several times. A report was taken.

Auto Theft
Loyalton Drive
The victim’s gold Toyota van was taken from in front of the residence. The suspect is an acquaintance of the victim. A report was taken.

Missing Person
Whiteoaks Road
A 91-year old male was reported missing by his caregiver. He made mention of going to the area of Bernal and Monterey Roads. He drives a GMC truck and often gets lost at night and is forgetful.

Possesion of a central nervous stimulant
Hamilton Avenue at Creekside Drive
A 26-year-old white male adult was riding his bicycle in the middle of an eastbound Hamilton Avenue lane. A vehicle traveling in the same lane veered out of the way narrowly missing the bicycle that no light or reflectors. When a police officer pulled his car behind the suspect the suspect remained in the lane extending his middle finger. He was stopped and found to be under the influence of a central nervous stimulant and he was arrested.
