Union Avenue
An unknown suspect stole a blue 007 Toyota Yaris. The victim most likely forgot his keys which he last remembered were hanging from the trunk lock.

An unknown suspect stole victim’s silver Raleigh mountain bike and a red Giant mountain bike from the front porch..

Drunk in public, Battery

East Hamilton at Grace Avenue
Two male suspects, a 35-year-old and 40-year-old, left a party and got into an argument while they were walking. Suspect one pulled suspect two by the back of the neck. Both were intoxicated and arrested.

Capri at Chapman Drive
A 21-year-old suspect was staggering down the street and walking into traffic. He was too intoxicated to care for himself and arrested.

Hamilton Avenue at Winchester Boulevard
Suspect exposed himself to a victim while she was in her vehicle at the stoplight.

White Oaks Avenue and Camden Avenue
Suspect contacted for panhandling. He had not registered and was booked.

Hamilton at Bascom Avenues
A 34-year-old suspect collided with a vehicle and fled the scene. Suspect was contacted, determined to be DUI and arrested.

East Campbell Avenue
Two male suspects, both 21, were reported for knocking down signs and urinating in a parking lot. Suspects were arrested.

Assault with a deadly weapon

Villarita Drive
A 16-year-old suspect choked a victim during an argument. When the victim tried to call 9-11, suspect took the phone away. The suspect was arrested.

Kings Court
A 42-year-old suspect caused a disturbance. Upon contact, he was determined to be drunk in public. Suspect was arrested.

Cambell Avenue
A 42-year-old suspect was causing a disturbance at Sal’s Pizza. The suspect was arrested.

Auto burglary

Union Avenue
Suspect smashed the driver’s side window and stole an in-dash stereo from the victim’s 2005 Honda Civic. Suspect is described as a white male in his 20s, six feet tall wearing white mesh shorts with a black stripe.

An unknown suspect stole the victim’s silver 1997 Honda Civic.

During the past two weeks an unknown suspect stole copper piping from the roof of South Bay Development.

Battery

Creekside Way at Hamilton Avenue
An unknown suspect confronted the victims and asked for spare change. When the victims told the suspect they did not have any, the suspect punched victim one in the face and the other in the chest. The suspect then ran towards the Pruneyard. The suspect is described as a white, male, 25-years-old, 6 feet tall, 190 pounds, bald and wearing all black clothing.

Assault with a deadly weapon

Winchester Boulevard at Budd Avenue
An 18-year-old male was attacked by a group of subjects. During the attack, the victim received several stab wounds. He was transported to the hospital for treatment. The injuries were not considered life threatening. This is an on-going investigation. Anyone having information concerning this incident should contact Detective Phil Tejero at (408) 866-2121.
