Drunk in public
Latimer Circle
A 23-year-old suspect was causing a disturbance at residence. He was sitting outside when officers contacted him and he was too intoxicated to care for himself and arrested.
10/5 at 2:25 p.m.
Drunk in public
Whiteoaks at Highway 17
A 53-year-old suspect was intoxicated and walking in traffic causing a hazard. He was too intoxicated to care for himself and arrested.

Grand theft
Rincon Avenue
Victim reported that an unknown suspect stole his Australian Shepherd-mix dog.

Attempt to commit a crime
South Bascom Avenue
Numerous intoxicated subjects got into a verbal/physical altercation. During the dispute, a victim was stabbed eight times in the neck, arm and back by a 19-year-old and another suspect. Both fled the scene, but first suspect was located.

Robbery
West Hamilton Avenue
The victim stated that he was assaulted by members of a motorcycle club, who then stole his cellular telephone.

A 42-year-old suspect was contacted in regards to a disturbance call. He was determined to be too intoxicated to care for his own safety and arrested.

Domestic violence
South Bascom Avenue
A 30-year-old suspect and second suspect got into an argument. During the argument, the first suspect pushed the second to the ground causing her to hit her head and she hit him with a metal file cabinet and scratched his neck. The first suspect then choked her. Both had visible injuries. The first suspect was booked and a complaint review was filed on the second.

A 26-year-old suspect was attempting to fight. Upon contact, it was determined that he was too intoxicated to care for his own safety and arrested.

South Bascom Avenue
A 25-year-old suspect approached victim and asked for a cigarette. When the victim refused, the suspect slapped the cigarette out of the victim’s mouth. The suspect was intoxicated and unable to provide for his safety and arrested.

Driving under the influence
Hamilton and Salmar Avenues
An 82-year-old suspect was involved in a traffic accident. Upon contact, it was determined that he was driving under the influence and booked.

Armed robbery
Harrison Street
As the victim walked up to the front door, a black, male,, 16-18-years-old, 5’7” wearing a long sleeve sweater and blue jeans, stuck an unknown hard object into her right side, rib cage area and demanded her wallet and keys. The suspect then ran to another black, juvenile male waiting on a medium size bicycle. They rode off together on the bike, westbound on Harrison towards Central. The victim cannot identify the suspects. She waited three hours before calling police.

An unknown suspect entered an unlocked rear bedroom window and stole jewelry.

Disorderly conduct/Possession of a controlled substance—methamphetamine/possession of paraphernalia used to ingest a controlled substance
McCoy Avenue
A 52-year-old male suspect was prowling on the property. When contacted, he was found to be in possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia. He was booked.

Grand theft/auto
Cristich Avenue
Suspect stole a white 1999 Ford Ranger from Bo Enterprises. All the keys were not accounted for. The suspect may be an ex-employee.

Unauthorized possession of marijuana, cultivation of marijuana
Union Avenue
An apartment was experiencing water damage from the above unit. Management entered and found that the apartment had been sublet to a suspect who has a major marijuana growing operation in the bathroom and bedroom. Other tenants call the suspect, who rushed over and took as many plants as possible, fleeing before the police arrive. A leaking irrigation system caused the water damage. Evidence of plants, grow lights, ventilation system, fertilizers, potting soil, etc. was confiscated.

Committing battery again a person who lives with you/false imprisonment
Hedegard Avenue
The victim went to the suspect’s house to break up. The 39-year old suspect punched victim in the face and keeps her from leaving for 15 minutes until she pays him money she owed him. The victim goes to VMC for treatment due to complain of pain from the suspect. Hospital staff contacts the police. Suspect is arrested at residence.

A 42-year-old suspect was found sleeping by the tennis court bathrooms by the Community Center. He was too intoxicated to provide for his safety and booked.

A 57-year-old suspect was asked to leave the bar at Katie Bloom’s due to his level of intoxication. The suspect started a disturbance with the bouncers, who called the police for assistance. The suspect was determined to be too intoxicated to care for himself and arrested.

Driving under the influence/Hit and run accident with property damage, no injuries
Villarita/Ensenada Drive
A 21-year-old suspect collided with three parked cars on Ensenada and fled the scene. He was located at his residence along with his damaged vehicle. He was identified by a witness. Suspect was intoxicated and booked.
10/19 at 5 p.m.
Resisting or interfering with a police officer/battery
480 East Hamilton Ave.
A 28-year-old male suspect was issued a written warning on the day before by police for trespassing on Home Depot property. He returned on 10/19 and when contacted lied about his name and also attempted to kick out the patrol car back windows. There was no damage to the patrol car. The suspect was booked.

Resisting or interfering with a police officer/assault with a deadly weapon
Third and Civic Center
The 42-year-old suspect decided to bring his pit bull dog to Oktoberfest. Patrons at the festival started complaining to security. Security confronted suspect and asked him to leave with his aggressive dog. The suspect refuses, and security calls the police. Police units working the festival arrive and ask suspect to again leave. He reluctantly agrees then changes his mind and decides to confront officers at which time they take him into custody.

Public drunkenness/resisting or interfering with a police officer
300 Orchard City
A 28-year-old female suspect assaulted a bouncer and was detained until police arrived. The suspect attempted to kick and bite officers and was determined to be drunk in public. She was arrested.

Driving under the influence
South Winchester Boulevard
A white, male, 22-year-old suspect was traveling at a high rate of speed in his Honda Accord when he lost control and spun off the roadway into a tree. He was determined to be driving under the influence and booked.
10/27 at 11:12 p.m.
Corporal injury to spouse/inhabitant
West Hacienda Avenue
The victim got into an argument with her boyfriend. During the argument, the boyfriend choked the victim, causing abrasions to her neck and fled prior to police arrival.
