Turkey comes to visit students at Forest Hill just in time for Thanksgiving
Forest Hill Elementary School art students were treated to some special visitors on Nov. 17. Students interacted with the animals and drew gorgeous chalk pastel drawings of ducks, chickens and turkeys under the watchful eye of their art teacher Marianne Bickett. The animals were courtesy of "Cozy Creek", co-owned by Debi Consignay and Helen Freesh. Above, third grader Nicole Eckerman, from Mrs. Prakash's class, spends quality time with a child-friendly turkey while, Tim, the top-knot duck joins in.
